Focusing on the solution not the problem.

This is an ingenious example of thinking about the solution to an unjust situation.

Henry “Box” Brown was born, enslaved, on a Virginia plantation in 1815. After his family was sold, Brown committed himself to escaping from bondage. He had himself shipped in a wooden box from Virginia to Philadelphia, where slavery had been abolished and thus became a free man.

Only by focusing on solutions can we overcome the problem. Our energy follows our attention so give your attention to solutions rather than the problem. Visualise the outcome rather than mentally compounding the problems with your attention.

Sending love and blessings. Xxx
